Food Unwrapped Special: Christmas Dinner As you sit down on Christmas Day at a table groaning with festive goodies, what do you ask yourself? Why don’t chickens grow as big as a turkey, perhaps? Over the past 12 months, Jimmy Doherty, Kate Quilton and Matt Tebbutt have been travelling the globe exploring popular festive food. Why is farmed salmon pink? Can a chicken be grown as big as a turkey? Is the gold in alcoholic drinks real?
