Petroc Trelawny presents Radio 3 Breakfast live as he travels coast to coast across Northern Ireland.

[edit] Chapter 1: Carlingford Lough

Petroc starts on the foreshore of Carlingford Lough, between the Mourne and Cooley mountains. Petroc Trelawny and guests explore the cultural and industrial heritage of the area, discovering the story behind the building of RMS Titanic.

Petroc discovers the rich wildlife and fauna present at WWT Castle Espie Wetland Reserve, with live music and poetry reflecting the natural beauty of the site.

[edit] Chapter 3: Lough Neagh

Petroc investigates the mysterious life and times of the eel as we reach Lough Neagh and visits one of many holy wells found on the island of Ireland.

The day starts in the pastoral setting of Crom Castle on Upper Lough Erne, where Petroc and guests explore the area's links with Oscar Wilde and Samuel Beckett.
