The Day Everest Shook In the aftermath of the devastating earthquakes in Nepal, this documentary uncovers stories of survival and struggle, as well as examining the science behind the natural phenomena The avalanche was unleashed by a powerful quake that struck about 150 miles away and killed at least 1,800 in several countries. It came a week after the first anniversary of a snow and ice fall that killed 16 Nepalese guides, one of the worst disasters in the modern history of climbing Everest.
